We have all suffered from common cold and cough atleast once in our lives. There are different reasons that contribute to it, changing weather, poor lifestyle, dietary habits, excess consumption of processed foods, certain dairy products among others.

All such habits lead to the accumulation of toxins in the body. These toxins, if not flushed out timely can be harmful for our health. Our body usually eliminates these toxins through stool, urine and sweat. However, when the toxic load increases and there is no flushing out, the body opens the mucous memberanes and that's when people commonly get cold.

We are slowly moving to the next season of the year and while this change of weather makes us happy, it brings along a lot of common health issues for all of us.
