The seeds provide thermogenic effects when consumed with jaggery thus helping you keep your body warm in winters."

How To Make Til Gur Laddoo?
Ingredients Required -
- 1 Cup Jaggery
- 1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds Or Til
- Ghee As Required
- 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 Tbsp Crushed Almonds
- 1 Tbsp Crushed Cashew Nuts
- In a pan, dry roast sesame seeds and keep them aside.
- In the same pan, add some ghee and powdered jaggery. Cook on low flame.
- Once the jaggery melts, add roasted sesame seeds.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder.
- Add in crushed almonds and cashew nuts.
- Combine all the ingredients well.
- Take off flame.
- Once a little cool, make small ladoos. Keep them in an air tight container.
- Enjoy them anytime during the day as is or with a cup of hot milk.
