- Aloe Vera Plant
- Lemon Juice
- Cut an aloe vera leaf from the plant.
- Using a knife, carefully remove the skin and sides of the plant.
- Take a spoon and scrape out fresh aloe vera gel.
- Take aloe vera gel in a bowl and wash it once under running water. This will take away the bitterness of the aloe vera plant.
- In a grinder, add aloe vera gel and som e water.
- Blend to make a juice.
- Take out in a glass and add honey to it as per taste.
- Squeezing in some lemon juice will help enhance the flavour of the aloe vera juice.
Aloe vera juice can be consumed as is or it can be mixed with your regular smoothies, shakes for added nutrition.
