In a glass of water, add 1 tsp fennel seeds. Keep it soaked overnight. Drink this water first thing in the morning. 

How To Make Fennel Tea?

In a pan, add water and 1 tsp of fennel seeds. Don't boil this water as it will take away all the nutrition. Take off the flame or keep covered with a plate. This will turn into a yellow coloured tea. Drink it 2-3 times a day.

We talked to Jaya Johri, Dietician, LNJP Hospital and asked her to share some benefits of consuming fennel seeds water. She shared, fennel seeds water aids digestion, good for bone health as it is a good source of manganese, magnesium and calcium.
