How To Make Saunf Water?

In a glass of water, add 1 tsp fennel seeds. Keep it soaked overnight. Drink this water first thing in the morning. 

How To Make Fennel Tea?

In a pan, add water and 1 tsp of fennel seeds. Don't boil this water as it will take away all the nutrition. Take off the flame or keep covered with a plate. This will turn into a yellow coloured tea. Drink it 2-3 times a day.
