When it comes to fruits, blueberries have some amazing pain-reducing properties. These black coloured berries are proven to help reduce the levels of pain in the body. They contain certain levels of compounds known as heat shock proteins in the body. 

These juicy berries contain large quantities of phytonutrients which can help soothe inflammation and tone down pain. If you can’t find fresh ones, frozen blueberries can be used as they have the same level of nutrients as the fresh ones.
