Though antibiotics help in reducing the pain instantly, they bring along several side effects that are not seen instantly. These side effects emerge years later and can cause damage to some essential organs of your body. Thus, in order to avoid gulping painkillers often here are some natural painkillers you can try in order to keep pain at bay naturally.

It was seen that this dosage of ginger significantly reduced symptoms of nausea and eased the episodes of morning sickness.

When it comes to fruits, blueberries have some amazing pain-reducing properties. These black coloured berries are proven to help reduce the levels of pain in the body. They contain certain levels of compounds known as heat shock proteins in the body. 

These juicy berries contain large quantities of phytonutrients which can help soothe inflammation and tone down pain. If you can’t find fresh ones, frozen blueberries can be used as they have the same level of nutrients as the fresh ones.  

Strawberries, cherries, and oranges too contain polyphenols and can have a similar soothing effect on the body.
