1. Start your day with gulkand water

Starting the day with some gulkand water is the finest approach to relieve stomach acid and constipation. Take a teaspoon of Gulkand, add some water, and gently drink it. Use rose petals instead of gulkand if you don't have any. If you get rose petals in your mouth, chew them. This will assist you in reducing constipation and eliminating gas problems too.

2. A 15-min nap mid-morning

If you take a small nap of 15-20 minutes mid morning, you will not struggle with the problem of constipation. 

3. Finish your lunch with 1/2 banana

Include banana in your lunch meal as it will help you ease the problem of constipation.

4. Lie in supta baddha konasana for 2-5 mins in evening
