Curd With Rice
Curd and rice have been used as a home remedy for diarrhea/loose motions for a very long time now. Curd is great as it has probiotics in it and thus, curd rice helps in restoring the microbial balance in the stomach. This further leads to better digestion and efficiently functioning gut. Rice, on the other hand, helps in improving your stools by making them bulkier. The benefits of eating a combination of these two foods help in boosting immunity, improving the mood, and making enhancing your gut health.
Ginger With Honey
Ginger is used as a home remedy for diarrhea by people across the world. Ginger helps in healing the digestive system and works like a tonic for our health. It kills the unhealthy microbes present in the gut and relieves loose motions. Consume it in form of tea along with honey as honey too shortens the time of diarrhea and fights the illness-causing bacteria efficiently. However, if you don’t prefer drinking ginger tea just add a pinch of finely grated ginger with honey and eat.
Drink Warm Water Frequently
Warm water is something that you should drink on a regular basis because it helps in making the movements of your bowel smoother and hence prevents and cures diarrhea.
