You want to keep your body protected from not just common diseases, but also from a couple of unexpected ones, such as this eyelid swelling disease called blepharitis. As per health reports, those who consume a moderate amount of omega-6 fatty acids seem to have reduced risk of developing a specific form of eyelid swelling. But is also believed that eating the highest amount doesn't seem to help.
