This therapy will help you get relief from period headache in just 10 minutes. All you need is an ice pack. Place it in a towel and then apply to your forehead. If you don't have an ice pack, take some ice cubes in a towel and keep it on your forehead. You can repeat the same after a 10 minutes break if you don't get relief in 10 minutes. 

Cold therapy is believed to be effective because the cold compress has a numbing effect that dulls the sensation of pain.
