Not sleeping well and sitting or moving around all the time can be another reason behind your back pain. Follow a sleep schedule. Stop using your laptop/watching TV an hour before going to bed to get good quality sleep. If you have severe back pain, use an orthopedic mattress for better sleep. 

Make sure that you don't overwork yourself by sitting or standing in one place for a long time. You should keep giving yourself a break so that the muscles can relax.
