Support your neck with arms and elbows pointing outward, lift your upper body, exhale and start moving your right elbow and left knee towards each other with your right leg straighten. Inhale, and repeat the cycle with your right knee and left elbow.

Push-ups target your multiple muscles at the same time including your shoulder, core muscles, biceps, triceps, and lower body. It is a great endurance training that is known for increasing the strength of your muscles. To do push-ups you need to lie down on a mat with your palms facing the floor near your chest, lift your body by putting pressure on your palms. Hold on for few seconds, and then repeat the exercise.
