A tough workout to crack, push-up really works your chest up and stretches the tissues around it. If pulling off a normal push-up seems difficult, drop down your knees and do it. You can also practice it against the wall. Either way, make sure to keep your chest and upper body firm when you do it for the best results.

The Bow Pose

Also known as the ‘Dhanurasana’, this position really helps in getting the breasts back in their firm shape. What you need to do is lie down on your stomach, bend your knees to get them close to your head, raise your hand above your head and push them back to reach your legs. Hold feet with your hand and hold this position for at least 30 seconds. 

The Cobra Pose

Pulling off a cobra pose, also known as ‘Bhujang Asana’, is no rocket science. All you have to do is lie down on your stomach and place your hands parallel to your shoulders. Lift your upper body slowly till your belly button is slightly above the ground. Feel the stretch on your upper body and hold the stretch. Breathe normally. This exercise will create a pull in your chest muscles and tighten them.

Tricep Dip(Chair Dip)

In this exercise, you have you sit at the edge of a bench or a chair that is firm. Then slide down and hold the edge of the seat with your palms. Use the power of your arms to lift your hip up and down, without touching the floor and without sitting on the sofa, you are pretty much doing sit-ups but with the help of your hands. Keep your core tight and feel the pull in your arms, shoulder, and chest. Open up your shoulders and do it, don’t let your breasts shrink.
