Repeat this set 10 times daily. Once you start balancing your body, try to do it while holding dumbells in your hands.
Another highly effective workout that targets thigh muscles and strengthens your core. It is easy to follow and super fun to do. Simply, lie down on your bed and lift your legs up, making a 90-degree angle. Slowly, start moving your legs as if you’re cycling in the forward direction. Do this for a few minutes, then take a short break and then repeat the same in the backward direction. Do this 5 times daily for effective results.

This is one of the most effective exercises to tone your legs, thighs and shape your hips. Stand with your feet wide apart and back straight. Now squat down as low as you can with your arms in the middle. Hold this position for about 5 seconds then return back to your initial position. Do this 15 – 20 times.
Climbing stairs will not only help you strengthen your leg muscles but will also tone your belly and shape your hips. Start climbing stairs slowly then gradually increase your speed. You can also do the interval training where you climb a flight of stairs at a fast pace and then alternate the next one with a slower speed.
This exercise activates various muscle groups in your body. This is a great exercise to lose your thigh fat and improve your blood circulation. Sit upright with your legs stretched and joined. Slowly, move the legs apart as much as you can. Next, bend forward to touch your toe. Hold this position for 10-12 seconds then relax. Repeat this exercise 10 times daily.
