She said, "Because most summer fruits are hot, you should consume them cold. Lemonade is the perfect summer drink as it keeps you cool and hydrated at the same time."

Why Does Body Temperature Rises?
When excessive digestion occurs inside the stomach, the stomach gets hot. Sweating can help maintain a balance in high-temperature environments. But when there is too much heat, the body's natural cooling system becomes overworked.
Spicy and masaledaar meals should be avoided in this situation. Furthermore, caffeine should also be avoided.
Body Cooling Foods
In the summer, you should eat cold-tasting foods to keep your stomach cool and avoid problems like heartburn.
Vegetables Like Bottle Gourd And Pumpkin
Vegetables with a high water content, such as bottle gourd and pumpkin, are excellent for summer eating. It's also a healthy vegetable that soothes the stomach and reduces heat. These vegetables help in digestion and maintain the health of the digestive system.
Did you know that onions are cooling and are known to be rich in quercetin, which acts as an anti-allergen? It is also beneficial to protect you from sunstroke. You can also include cucumber, radish and carrot in your salad along with onions. Sattu And Gond Katira

Bel Ka Sharbat
Bel Ka Sharbat can help in preventing heat stroke. It is full of fiber and provides coolness to the body. However, do not use a lot of sugar when making bel ka sharbat.
Drink Matka Water
Nutritionist Itu says that it is better to drink water from the matka or pot in summer than refrigerator water. The water in the pot is beneficial for your digestion. It also helps to reduce the danger of heat stroke by lowering the body temperature. The water in matka contains many vitamins and minerals.
Other Food & Drinks To Eat In Summer
Dr. Itu recommends eating food like watermelon, melon, infused water, buttermilk, curd and cucumber together. These foods contain a good amount of water which does not allow your body to dehydrate. It also provides relief in summer stomach problems like bloating, gas, acidity, etc.
