Bell Peppers

1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp coriander, chopped

1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice 

3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste 


Slice bell peppers into thin strips for the salad. Now add these sliced bell peppers to a bowl. Add sliced onions to the bowl and add chopped coriander. Next, add lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper as per taste. Mix well, your salad is ready! You can add paneer, chicken or any other veggies in the salad as per your choice.
