Body polishing is a popular skin treatment where the entire body is exfoliated. The process involves the removal of dead skin cells, cell regeneration, and moisturisation. In other words, it can be called a body facial.

Body polishing is believed to be great for your skin. Our body is exposed to so polluted air, dust, dirt, and sun damage everyday. If not cleaned well, our skin starts to look dull and dirty. Body polishing is an easy way to cleanse the skin and nourish it.

You can easily get a body polishing session at the salon but let us tell you that it isn't an inexpensive treatment. If that falls out of your budget then you can do body polishing at home. Read on to know some easy ways you can do it at home, without spending a lot of money.
