Standing With Supported Back

Pursed Lip Breathing

This one is a simple breathing technique which can help in slowing down your pace of breathing. It makes your breath deeper.

  • Inhale deeply with air filling into your abdomen for 4-5 seconds.
  • Purse your lips and breathe out for 4 seconds.
  • Repeat the process 15-10 times until your breathing gets better.
