You can naturally get younger-looking skin by practising a variety of yoga asanas.

Here are some face yoga exercises that you can do:

1. Eye Circle

According to Healthline, eye circles exercise improves blood flow and reduces puffiness. Use light, featherweight touches for this exercise.

How To Do?

  • Start by placing your ring fingers on the inner corners of your brows.
  • Tap your fingertips gently in the direction of your brows' outer edges.
  • Spend a few seconds pressing into your temples.
  • Continue tapping above your cheekbones to the inner corner of eyes.
  • Keep repeating for 30 seconds.

2. Forehead Yoga

  • Stay in this position until your eyes begin to water.

3. Smile Soother

  • Start by creating a 'O' shape with your mouth while hiding your teeth with your lips.
  • Smile as widely as possible while hiding your teeth.
  • Put your index finger on your chin and begin moving your jaw up and down while smiling.
  • While performing the exercise, tilt your head slightly.

4. Face Taping

According to Healthline, face tapping promotes relaxation and enhances blood circulation.

How To Do?

  • Use your fingertips to tap your skin in a steady beat starting at your forehead. Then move toward your jaw.
  • Next, tap the front of your neck and across your shoulders.
  • After that, move up along the back of your neck. Then to your head.
  • Finally, generate heat by rubbing your palms together.
  • Put your hands over your face, and take several long, deep breaths.

5. The Giraffe

This facial yoga is useful for treating the lines and wrinkles on the neck, according to Lybrate

How To Do?

  • Put your fingertips at the base of your neck while looking forward.
  • Tilt your head back and lightly stroke your neck.
  • Next, bring the head down to the chest. 
  • Then, with your fingertips on your collarbone, pull the corners of your lips down by jutting your bottom lip as far as it will go.
