Strict Rules Of The 75 Hard Challenge
Two Workouts a Day: An individual must do 45 minutes workout on a daily basis from which one of them should be outdoors.
Follow a Diet: People have to stick to a diet of their choice but make sure alcohol and cheat meals are not included.
Stay Hydrated: Sip a full gallon of water throughout the day on a daily basis because hydration is very important in 75 Hard.
Read 10 Pages: An individual should read 10 pages of a non-fictional book for their personal development.
Take Progress Photograph: You can track your success by taking progress photos daily.
