How to do

Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart. With your hands clasped together at your chest, push your hips back and squat down like you normally do. Ensure your back is straight and upper body lifted. Lower your lips until your thighs are parallel to the ground. Hold this position for at least 10 seconds then relax. Repeat this 15 times a day.

Russian Twist

How to do

Sit on the mat, lift both your legs, keep your knees flexed and lean back a bit. Make sure that your shoulders don't touch the ground. Place your arms behind your head and then twist your upper body to left and then to the right.
