If you are okay with shrimps then do have them more often. Avoid overdose of red meats. Seafood is the best when it comes to hair. You can have them as a salad, in your pasts, like curries. Shrimp contains iron, vitamin B12 and zinc which work well for prevention of hair loss.

These nuts are excellent for your hair. They have more omega-6 fatty acids than any other food, and they also have zinc, iron, B vitamins (B1, B6 and B9), and loads of protein. The only catch is that they have traces of selenium which causes hair loss in people who are selenium-deficient.

  • Avoid using hair sprays, gels and hair styling creams.
  • Don't change your shampoo and conditioner constantly and still one type for at least 6 months.  
  • Cover your head when out in the sun, pollution and dust. Use a leave-in conditioner during the rainy season which protects it from humidity.
