How To Do Anulom Vilom Pranayama?

  1. Sit in the padmasana position with your back straight.
  2. Close your eyes and take your time to relax your mind.
  3. Put your right thumb over your right nostril and close it.
  4. Inhale slowly until your lungs are full.
  5. Close your left nostril with the ring finger while you keep the right nostril closed with your thumb.
  6. Hold your breath for as long as you can.
  7. Then, slowly press your right nostril and exhale very slowly.
  8. Repeat this with the opposite nostril.
  9. Continue for 5 minutes.

Do this yoga practice every day for 5 minutes in the morning to see results.
