Method

• First, blot as much of the beverage up as possible using a dry white towel or paper towel. You can start blotting from the outside to the middle so, the beverage doesn't spread. Also, if there is a substantial amount, just make sure that you are not spreading the stain even more by changing cleaning towels.
• Then, mix 1/4th teaspoon of a gentle, non-bleach detergent, one tablespoon of white vinegar, and one cup of warm water.
• After that, use a clean cloth, and dab the solution on the stain.
• After applying the solution, you have to blot frequently with a dry cloth until the stain disappears.
• Sponge that spot with cold water to rinse and then, blot dry again.
