Take a jar, make sure it is a dark jar so that the sunlight is not able to enter the jar and break the oil down. Now, fill this jar with lavender leaves, you can use both dried or fresh leaves, though we suggest fresh leaves as they carry more freshness. After this, you can fill the jar with olive oil or almond oil. Shake well and leave the jar for a few months. After 2 months open the jar and sniff. If you are getting the aroma you desire, the oil is ready! This oil is great for relaxation and will have a soothing effect!

Lavender is one such plant in which all the parts of the plant can be used while cooking. The stems, leaves, buds, are all useful. While lavender flowers are used as garnish considering their beautiful colour, lavender leaves when dried are used just like rosemary. However, dried lavender leaves carry a very strong flavour, which is why you have to use them cautiously. If you are making baked potatoes or any such dish that requires herbal seasoning, you can add dried lavender leaves to the mix as well!

All you have to do to make this magic tonic is take a jar, fill it up with lavender leaves up to ¾ of its volume. Then pour apple cider vinegar into the jar and fill it up. Close the jar and let it sit for 4 weeks. In order to use the mixture on your hair, dilute 5 tablespoons of the mix with one cup of water and apply it to your hair right after you shampoo.

Leaves Scented Vinegar Cleaner

Lavender leaves have a strong smell. This is why you can also add ground lavender leaves to your usual homemade cleaners so they leave behind a fresh scent! Another thing you can do is take a jar, fill it with lavender leaves up to 3/4 of its quantity. Then pour distilled vinegar into the jar and shake well. Store this jar in a cool and dark place for 3-4 weeks. Take it out, transfer the liquid into a spray bottle and use this scented spray for cleaning!
