Some snacks have different recipes and methods depending on the region. While some delicacies are extremely popular across India. There are various delicacies that are only popular in certain parts of India. And who says vegetarian snacks can't be tasty and appropriate for parties? When you have visitors around, there are various vegetarian snacks that are healthful, flavorful, and simple to prepare. Here are five vegetarian Indian snacks to add to your party menu.

1. Samosa

The Samosa

In a pan, toast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, ginger, and green chile. Mix in the cashews, peanuts, raisins, mashed potatoes, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander powder, salt, kasoori methi, coriander leaves, and red chilli powder until everything is thoroughly combined. Using flour, carom seeds, salt, ghee, and water, make a firm dough. Roll out the dough, stuff it with the filling, and cut it into triangles. Serve the samosas hot from the deep fryer.

These corn cheese balls have a crisp texture with a soft core and are made with fresh sweet corn and gooey cheese. Mashed potatoes, boiling corn kernels, grated cheese, garlic paste, pepper powder, salt, dried basil, oregano, and all-purpose flour are combined in a bowl. Make tiny balls and cook till golden and crispy. Drain any excess oil before serving with tomato ketchup.

Onion pakoras are crispy Indian fritters that will wow your guests at your next get-together. Combine thinly sliced onions, gramme flour, rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, carom seeds, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, and green chilies in a large mixing bowl. To make a thick batter, add a little water and thoroughly combine the ingredients. Deep-fry the pakoras until golden brown and serve with green chutney.

4. Paneer Sandwich

The Paneer Sandwich

The paneer should be crumbled. Mix in the oregano, green chilies, red chilli powder, pepper powder, salt, basil leaves, celery, and coriander leaves until everything is well combined. Butter the bread pieces and place them on a plate. Sprinkle chaat masala and jeera powder on top of the paneer mixture. Cover it with thinly sliced tomato and onion. Add salt, chaat masala, and cumin powder to taste. Grill the sandwich and serve with coriander chutney while it's still hot.

5. Aloo Chaat

Aloo chaat, which is made with fried potatoes, is a great party food. Cook cooked cubed potatoes in a shallow fryer until golden. Toss them with red chilli powder, cumin-coriander powder, chaat masala, and lemon juice in a mixing dish. Mix in the green coriander chutney, onions, and sweet tamarind chutney until thoroughly combined. Serve with a dollop of curd on top of the potatoes, garnished with sev and coriander leaves.
