1. Put That Aged Wine To Use
Yes, you read it right! Take out that bottle of aged wine from the bar and use it for cleansing your utensils. You won't really need a lot of but we promise, it won't go to waste! If you have black stains at the botton of the pan or pot then pour some wine over it. Let the wine rest over it for sometime. Drain the wine and then you will see that the black stains will start to disappear.
2. Try A Mix Of Detergent Powder And Salt
There are days when food gets stuck to the bottom of the pan and it gets too difficult to clean it. An easy way to do it is by adding some water to the kadhai, sprinkle some salt, about 1 tsp, and add 2 tsp of detergent powder. Also, squeeze in some lemon juice. Let this water come to boil for 5 minutes.
You will see that the dirt will start to peel off gradually. Drain the water and then scrub the kadhai with a mix of baking soda and detergent powder. Wash the utensil with warm water.
3. Layer The Stain With Tomato Ketchup
Ever thought you can use tomato ketchup to remove stains from your utensils? Layer some tomato ketchup over the utensil and let it sit overnight. Next morning, you will spot no stain on the utensil and this is because tomatoes are acidic in nature and this acid helps clear the stain or burn mark.
4.Get Rid Of Stubborn Stains With Lemon Juice
Does your kadhai have stubborn stains? Lemon juice can help you get rid of stubborn stains. Cut a lemon in half and rub it on the stain. Lemon is acidic in nature and it will help scrub off the stain. Make sure you leave it for some time and then wash it under running water.
5. Some Vinegar To The Rescue
Vinegar is an amazing cleansing agent. If you have a burnt or crusty pan or pot then this trick can help you clean your utensil. Pour some vinegar and keep it for some time. Wash it with warm water and liquid soap. This will give you clean-looking pants and pots.
