•2 cups of sugar
•1 cup of water

•Fry them in warm oil until these breads turn golden brown.

See how it’s made:
•2 Tablespoons ghee clarified butter
•¾ cup semolina sooji
•2 cups of sugar syrup
•1 cup milk powder
•1 teaspoon cardamom powder
•2 cups of grated carrot
•Put the sugar syrup in a heating container.
•Add ghee into a pan and melt it down, then add semolina and keep the flame of the gas low.
•Roast the semolina for about 2-3 minutes and then, add 2 cups of grated carrots to the pan.
•Sauté the mixture till the carrots become soft.
•Next, add milk powder to the pan and mix well. Moving on, put of the sugar syrup flame and start adding it to the container with the carrot mixture, in batches.
•Mix it all nicely. Keep the flame low and cover the container for 3 minutes, while the sugar syrup gets absorbed in the mixture.
•Next add cardamom powder and some nuts and mix, after which you will let this mixture sit for 2 minutes and then shape circular shapes from it.
