Ingredients required: Aloe vera gel, glycerin, vitamin E oil capsule and sesame seed oil. 

Steps to make the mist: 

  • Step 1- Take ½ cup water in an empty spray bottle. 
  • Step 2- Add 1 tbsp aloe vera gel and 1 tsp glycerin to it. 
  • Step 3- Now squeeze out the vitamin E oil from the capsule. 
  • Step 4- Lastly, add one tsp sesame seed oil. 
  • Step 5- Close the lid and shake the bottle well, until everything is combined. 
  • Step 6- Spray the mist on your scalp, as well as the length of your locks. 

You can easily store this mist in your fridge for about a week. If you wish to make it scented, rose or lemon essential oils can be added to it. Make sure you don’t add more than 1-2 drops of essential oils.

Rose Water Mist

Rose water is an age-old solution to treat brittle and dry hair strands. Tea tree oil is a popular treatment for itchy scalp because of its antiseptic properties. A combination of these ingredients will keep your scalp clean, while making your locks shinier. 

Ingredients required: Rose water, tea tree oil, almond oil and vitamin E capsule.

  • Step 1- Take ¼ cup water in a spray bottle.

Ingredients required: Raw honey, lavender essential oil, vitamin E capsule and coconut oil.

  • Step 1- Take half a cup of water in an empty spray bottle. 
  • Step 2- Add 1 tbsp of honey in it, along with 1 tbsp of coconut oil. 
  • Step 3- Cut the vitamin E capsule and squeeze out the oil in the bottle. 
  • Step 4- Add 1-2 drops of lavender essential oil and close the lid.

  • Step 6- Shake it until all the ingredients are gelled well. 
  • Step 7- You can spray it directly to your hair whenever you want and nourish your mane with the much-needed moisture.
