Dry Brushing

dry brush cellulite

It may not have been scientifically proven but all beauty enthusiasts swear by this remedy. Dry brushing helps in stimulating blood circulation and it also feels very good. This style of brushing opens up your pores. Do this daily and only on dry skin, just before your bath. Do not wet the brush.

Brush only towards your heart and make long sweeps. Do not go back and forth and go in circular motions. Start with your feet and do it counterclockwise. Don't buy a very hard brush and brush your skin gently. This will leave your skin feeling stimulated and invigorated. As for buying the brush, invest in a natural bristled brush and not synthetic. The bristles should be a little stiff but not very hard.

Dry brushing also promotes tighter skin, cell renewal, and blood flow and it also helps the lymphatic system release toxins and aids in digestion and kidney function. Over time you will notice a smooth and a glowy complexion.
