Kasautii Zindagi Kay Fame Cezanne Khan Accused Of Domestic Violence; Here Is All About The Case

Cezanne Khan has been accused of domestic violence by a US-based woman who has alleged to be his wife. The Kasautii Zindagi Kay fame actor was earlier reported to be marrying his girlfriend Afsheen with whom he has been together for three years.

His alleged wife, Aisha Pirani, gave her statement to E-Times and described the actor to be ‘very abusive’. Khan has denied all the allegations and has said that no FIR has been filed against him.

US-based Woman Claims Khan Married Her For Green Card

While speaking Pirani said that he would lock her inside the room and physically abuse (Rights Aginst Domestic Violence) her. She also alleged the actor flirted with other women on Skype.

Pirani also said that Khan used abusive language and threw derogatory remarks at her. She claimed that the two got married in 2015, but the actor insisted on keeping the marriage a secret. She has revealed that Khan had even forced her to sign fake divorce papers.

She has demanded compensation from Khan for the alleged trauma she has endured and has claimed that she would still be considered married under Muslim law. Pirani has also expressed her desire to obtain ‘khulanama’ (divorce document).

She has been quoted saying, “I am a Muslim lady and by Muslim law, I am still married. I want the recovery of the money that I spent on him and the compensation for what I have been through mentally because of him.”

She claimed that she filed an FIR on June 7 against the actor and submitted voice notes to the police to prove her claim. The US-based woman has also said that her kids have been hurt by Khan’s behaviour for which she would never forgive him.

Sharing an incident from 2016, Pirani said that Khan refused to take her to his Mumbai home. According to her, the actor did not want his mother to know about his marriage with Pirani.

Speaking to the entertainment portal, she reportedly said, “His plan of getting the green card was over. You get that card in two and a half years. So exactly after that period, he showed his true colours. There’s another friend of his, he was doing the same thing. They planned it. I found this out when I went to Mumbai (Mumbai Mira Road Murder Csse) in 2016.”

Cezanne Khan Has Denied Allegations

News 18 has reported that Khan has called all the allegations baseless and labelled Pirani an ‘obsessed’ woman. He said, “No FIR has been filed. Aisa kuch bhi nahi hua hai.”

When asked that Pirani has alleged to be his wife, he said that anybody could do anything, and he did not want to pay heed to such claims.
