5 Ways Offices Can Hire Dogs as CHO

So, if your employers are listening, here are 5 ways they can hire a CHO, as well:
1) Create Pet-Friendly Office Policy
Before deciding to have a CHO, offices must ensure to craft a pet-friendly office policy. The same should clearly outline guidelines and rules for the recruit in the workplace. If employees are given the task of pitching their “candidates,” the HR should specify the type, size, and breed. Also, the pet owner must be kept in the loop all along.
2) Make Designated Pet Areas
Even though the four-legged sweeties are always welcome, they must not be allowed everywhere. So, make pet-friendly areas in the office. Give them beds, toys to play with, and litter boxes for their nature calls. Clean and maintain the hygiene of these areas and their workstations.
