  • You can use fresh or stored pineapple skin for this recipe.
  • Take a pot and place it on the stove. Pour 1 cup of water and let it boil.
  • Then add pineapple skins and bring them to boil for about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add ginger and honey in it.
  • Close the lid and let the mixture cook for another 30 minutes on low heat.
  • Once done, strain the liquid in a cup and enjoy.

Pineapple Peel Vinegar

If you don’t like the pungent taste of your regular vinegar, switch to homemade pineapple peel vinegar. You can drink it in water every morning, or simply add this to your salad recipes or other broth dishes for extra flavour.
