No Bake Biscoff Cheesecake:

Ingredients:
- 25 biscoff biscuits
- 5-6 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1+1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/3 cup biscoff spread
- 1+1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup biscoff spread
Instructions:
1. Blend the biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs and mix it with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
2. Press the biscoff mixture into the bottom of a 6-inch square glass dish to create the crust. Place it in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, whipped cream and biscoff spread until it’s smooth and creamy.
5. Pour the cheesecake filling over the biscoff crust in the square dish and spread out into an even layer.
6. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until it’s firm.
7. Spread an even layer of biscoff spread over it.
8. You can decorate the top with additional biscoff biscuits or crumbs.
Date Walnut Cake:

Ingredients:
- 10 medjool dates
- 1+ 3/4 cup milk
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 6 tablespoon jaggery
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1+1/4 cup wholewheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Chocolate Glaze:
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and line a 5 inch cake tin with parchment paper.
2. Start by removing the seeds from the dates and soak them in 1+ 3/4 cup of warm milk for 1-2 mins.
3. After soaking, transfer them to a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth puree.
4. In a large bowl, combine the dates puree with the remaining oil, jaggery and vanilla extract.
5. Now add wholewheat flour, baking powder & baking soda to the mixture and thoroughly mix them together.
6. Now fold in the chopped walnuts.
7. Transfer the batter into the lined cake tin and bake the cake for 40-45 mins until a skewer comes out clean.
8. Meanwhile for the chocolate glaze, mix the melted dark chocolate with oil.
9. Fold in the chopped walnuts and let it cool.
10. Pour the chocolate glaze on the cake when it comes to room temperature and enjoy!
