How To Make Shikanji Masala?
- In a pan, dry roast cumin seeds and black peppercorns.
- Take it out on a plate and cool.
- In a blender, add roasted cumin seeds and black peppercorns.
- Add salt, black salt, hing or asafoetida, and unroasted cumin seeds.
- To prepare your drink, add shikanji masala.
- Add sugar, ice cubes, and lemon juice.
- Add cold water and stir
- Adjust the taste by adding more shikanji masala or sugar.
