Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Leftover Rice
  • 3 Tbsp Schezwan Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 2 Cup Chopped Vegetables
  • Corn
  • Peas
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Beans
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste
  • Green Onions For Garnish

Step

  • Step 1 :

    In a pan, add oil and chopped garlic. Cook for a few seconds.

  • Step 2 :

    Next, add the chopped vegetables and stir fry.

  • Step 3 :

    Now add schezwan sauce, soy sauce and salt and pepper. Mix well.

  • Step 4 :

    Add rice to the mix and toss. Cook for a few minutes.

  • Step 5 :

    Top with green onions and serve hot.
