Ingredients

  • 350 Gram Paneer
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Green Chili
  • Oil For Cooking
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi
  • Salt To Taste
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Water As Required

Step

  • Step 1 :

    In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil. Add diced onion and capsicum and saute for a few minutes.

  • Step 2 :

    Transfer onion and capsicum to a bowl and keep aside.

  • Step 3 :

    In the same pan, add 1/2 tbsp of oil and add paneer cubes. Cook for a few minutes and transfer to a plate.

  • Step 4 :

    Again, add 1/2 tbsp oil to the same pan and add green chilli, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, salt as per taste and garam masala. Mix well and saute.

  • Step 5 :

    Toss onion, capsicum and paneer to the same mix and cook for a few minutes.

  • Step 6 :

    Add some water and tomato ketchup. Stir again.

  • Step 7 :

    Switch off flame. Paneer Jhalfrezi is ready!
