How To Make Instant Raw Mango Pickle?
- Begin with washing and peeling raw mangoes.
- Slice raw mangoes into thick pieces and then cut them into uniform vertical stripes.
- Spread salt all over the raw mango strips and mix well. Keep aside for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, wash with normal water and discard.
- In another bowl, add the mango strips, turmeric powder, asafoetida, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, chilli powder, and mustard oil.
- Combine all the ingredients well.
- Your instant homemade raw mango pickle is ready.
- This instant pickle can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
