Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Pineapple
  • 3 Tbsp Pineapple Syrup
  • 1 1/4 Cup Maida
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 Cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 4 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • Butter For Greasing
  • Maida For Dusting

Instructions

Step 1
In a big bowl, sieve flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Step 2
Add condensed milk, butter, vanilla essence and mix using a spatula.
Step 3
Add chopped pineapple pieces and pineapple syrup to the batter and mix. If you don't have fresh pineapple, use canned. Mix the batter. Make sure it has a dropping consistency.
Step 4
Grease a tin with melted butter and maida. Pour the batter into it.
Step 5
Bake the cake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees Celcius.
