Ingredients

  • 2-3 Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Atta Or Whole Wheat
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • Handful Of Walnuts
  • Butter Or Oil For Greasing

Step

  • Step 1 :

    In a bowl, add bananas and mash with a spoon.

  • Step 2 :

    Add sugar, oil and milk to the bowl and mix well.

  • Step 3 :

    Next, add the dry ingredients, whole wheat, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and walnuts.

  • Step 4 :

    Grease baking pan with oil or butter.

  • Step 5 :

    Pour the banana cake batter in the pan and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degree celsius.

  • Step 6 :

    Cut into slices and add your favourite topping, fresh cream, banana slices or chocolate sauce.
