- Wash amla and chop into small pieces.
- In a blender, add chopped amla, honey, salt, lemon juice.
- Add in some water.
- Grind on low speed.
- Using a metal strainer, strain amla juice.
- Add water to the glass and mix well.

- 1/ Cup Amla Or Indian Gooseberry
- Water As Required
- 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Tsp Honey (Optional)
- Salt As Per Taste
