“Whatever you give a woman, she will make greater... If you give her a house, she'll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal. If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her..” was rightly said by Eric. S. Gray.

And this women’s day to celebrate the spirit of womanhood and empowerment we at Her Zindagi organized Web Dialogues wherein we spoke to some of the greatest woman achievers who disrupted the norms, challenged the society, broke the glass ceiling, and pushed the envelope to do what they wanted according to their will. On our panel, we had Dr. Chinna Dua(a radiologist and social media influencer), Miss Richa Maheshwari(Award-Winning fashion photographer with her name in the Limca and Asia Book of Records), Sucheta Pal(Women’s wellness coach and ambassador of Zumba India), Mrs. Abha Godiyal Kakkar(a.k.a Insta Aunty is a teacher and social media sensation known for her food posts), and Snehil Dixit Mehra(better known as B.C Aunty is a content creator and influencer).

Let us take you through the insightful conversations about how women can be disruptors.

How Women Can Make Their Identity

Women have the power to anything “ Women are procreators” Dr.Chinna Dua said. They have the gift and the strength to be able to produce a life inside them. And therefore there is nothing they can’t do. If they want to achieve their dreams they can, if they want to make an identity of their they can do that as well. All one needs is to have that clarity in one’s own self. One should know what they want to do and that is when they can start their journey.

No barrier of age, career, profession, family, etc. can ever stop them from being what they want.

Adding to the conversation, Snehil Mehra said, that people are going to judge you no matter what, so why not take risks and work for something you want and then be judged. Therefore one must not think of what others think or say, all they need to believe is that they can do it.

How Women Can Choose To Listen To Their Voice

With the conversation progressing, the details of how women can actually disrupt and what they can do in order to stand up for themselves were revealed. Sucheta Pal explained “what women actually need to disrupt is their own mind and perception” and added “You are your biggest obstacle” therefore what one can draw from this is if you are happy everyone else is going to help you and support the decision you made for yourself.

The Formula To Fight The Hypocrisy In The Society

“In the past women have been pressurized to follow, and now the things are changing. The women have started to prove themselves in various fields which were previously dominated by men. Therefore women must not settle with hypocrisy and at the same time they shouldn’t be rebellious.”

Women must set their minds on their goals and do anything and everything to achieve them. If a woman wants, she can be a mother, influencer, photographer all at once, said Richa Maheshwari.

Women Must Embrace Themselves

In the notes of what is that one thing that completes women Mrs. Abha Godiyal said, It is important for a woman to be strong and be able to take a stand. It is not about going ahead, it is about how strong you stand on the foundation. Secondly, women can only feel complete and be complete with their happiness. And they should never refrain from doing something that gives them true happiness. A woman should also not feel discontent for being born the way they are, instead, they should embrace themselves as powerful and beautiful creatures of the world.
