Shilpa Shetty Kundra recently had a quick Q&A session with her Instagram family and one of her followers asked her how her dinner looks like? She shared a picture of her dinner plate which had saag, makki roti with white butter and some mix vegetable. Not only did Shilpa Shetty's dinner plate super delicious but nutritious too.

Talking about Shilpa Shetty's dinner plate, the nutritionist shared, "She is having makki roti saag mix veggie and white butter. It is a wholesome meal and having it is very important. Anything which is seasonal is good to consume because they bring their own health benefits with the season."

The nutritionist shared that maaki roti is good to consume in winters as it provide extra energy you need in winters. On the other hand, saag has many micronutrients and combining with white butter is great combination.
Misconceptions Around White Butter
People are usually scared of adding white butter to their diet but white butter is really good to consume. Freshly churned white butter is fat soluble vitamin A, D, E, K. Also, white butter is high on antioxidants. The expert further shared that white butter is good for our skin, hair, joints and consuming it keeps bones healthy also helps to keep our gut healthy.
However, many people have this misconception that consuming white butter can make them gain weight. Talking about the same, Nutritionist Ekta Sood shared, "Most people have this misconception that eating white butter will end up giving them unwanted weight or health issues but truth is those processed butter are bad for you not freshly churned butter at your home. Have it guilt free."
Things To Keep In Mind
The expert said, "You can definitely enjoy such beautiful and mouthwatering dishes for dinner just make sure you don’t go to bed directly post meals. Try to windup your meals 3 hours before you go to bed and also post meals take a stroll for 10-15 mins for better digestion." Lastly, she shared that one must remember that moderation is the key.
It looks like celebrities don't eat enough to stay fit and healthy but that's not the truth. Just like all of us, they enjoy their favourite foods but we are sure it is done in moderation to ensure that it doesn't disturb their fitness regime.
