1. Mainpat
Mainpat, in the Surguja district of northern Chhattisgarh, is a lovely tiny hill station that many people are unaware of. Deep valleys, beautiful waterfalls, lush green pastures, dense forests, and fascinating rivulets surround the charming hill station. It's also known as Chhattisgarh's Mini Tibet or Shimla. After the Chinese invasion of Tibet, Tibetan refugees flocked to this area.
2. Kanger Valley National Park
The Kanger Valley National Park, one of the country's densest national parks, was established in 1982 and is surrounded on all sides by communities. The park is one of the Asian Biosphere Reserves and takes its name from the Kanger River. Jackals, hyenas, buck, mouse and deer can all be found here. Safari rides are also available.
3. Chitrakote Waterfalls
Chitrakote Waterfalls, often known as India's Niagara Falls, is a natural waterfall located west of Jagdalpur in Chhattisgarh's Bastar district. The beautiful horseshoe-shaped waterfall originates from the Indravati River and falls from a height of 30 metres with a width of 985 metres. The months of July and October are ideal for a pleasant vacation. It is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in India.

4. Dhamtari
Dhamtari, a beautiful tourist town in Chhattisgarh, is visited by hundreds of tourists throughout the year, especially during the monsoon season. The town, which was once home to the Chalukya Empire in the 14th century, houses several temples and tribal settlements. It is well-known for the famous Ravishankar Water Dam, music, and food.

5. Barnawapara Wildlife Sanctuary
The Barnawapara Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the northern section of Chhattisgarh's Mahasamund district and has an area of 245 square kilometres. It was founded in 1976 and is located on a level landscape. Bison, tigers, barking deer, antelopes, leopards, and pythons are among the creatures that call the sanctuary home. During the monsoon season, from July to October, the sanctuary is closed.
