Almonds have long been used as a beauty elixir. Cleopatra used almonds for her beauty regime and so did our ancestors. Sweet almonds are rich in vitamin E, vitamin A, zinc, essential fats, vitamin k and many more nutrients. It protects our skin from harmful UV rays in summers, hydrates and nourishes dry skin in winter and it soothes the skin in monsoon.

Organic cold-pressed almond oil is essential for a bride's beauty regime. When we say “cold pressed oil” it means that oil has been extracted manually with no heat exposed during extraction. The use of heat destroys essential vitamins that is why prefer “cold pressed” almond oil. And I say “sweet almond oil “because almonds come in a bitter and sweet variety. Bitter almond can cause skin irritation while sweet almond oil is preferred for all skin types.
