Green Tea As A Toner
The expert shared that green tea can be used as a skin toner. In a pan, add some water and bring to boil. Put green tea leaves in a bowl and pour hot water over it. Keep for a few minutes and then strain. Once cool, dip a cotton pad into the green tea mix and apply all over your face and neck. This helps tone your skin.
You can also dip a green tea bag in hot water and then use the water as a skin toner. This water can also be mixed with other homemade face packs to pamper your skin with the goodness of green tea.
Applying green tea toner will not only refresh and tighten your skin, it will slow down the appearance of ageing signs with its powerfful antioxidants.
Green Tea For Sunburn, Acne Prone Skin
In a pan, add 2-3 cups of water and 2 green tea bags. Soak them for a few minutes and then cool. Using cotton wool pads, apply on your face. The remaining liquid can be kept in the refrigerator.
Green tea helps in soothing sunburn and also helps treating acne prone skin.
This green tea liquid can be used to prepare another face pack. Add some honey to it and mix well. Apply on your face and keep for a few minutes. Wash off.
Green Tea For Exfoliation
Another way to add green tea to your beauty regime is by preparing a scrub with it. In a bowl, add ground almonds, green tea leaves and curd in a blender. Blend to make a scrub. This can be used both as a face and body scrub. Gently massage and wash with normal water.

This one is a tried and tested remedy. Green tea bags can be used as eye pads. They help reduce puffiness and help relax your eyes.

Use As Last Rinse
After you shampoo and condition your hair, use green tea water as the last rinse. It is a great remedy for scalp conditions like dandruff, psoriasis. Not just that, green tea has vitamin C and E which help restore your hair health and give you soft and shiny tresses.
In a pan, add some water and bring to boil. Add green tea leaves to it and let it cool. You can add 1 lemon juice to it and use the mix as your last rinse.
