Milk and Baking Soda Eye Mask
Milk is one ingredient that is gold for our skin. It is very good for those exhausted eyes. All you have to do is mix 4 tablespoons of fresh whole milk and 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Mix well to make a smooth mixture which becomes a creamy mixture. Place it in the fridge and apply it on your eyes when chilled. Let it stay for 30 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Your eyes will feel revived and if you do this daily, you will notice that your dark circles are also fading away.
Tea Bags as Eye Masks
Green tea or black tea bags are a great remedy if you have dark and heavy eyes. Put some used tea bags in the refrigerator or wet them, use them and then take those bags and put them in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes. Then place them on your eyes for 10-15 minutes. This remedy is very good and effective to remove the swelling and darkness around your eyes.
Cucumber Eye Mask
It is the most commonly used eye mask for soothing tired eyes. It is well known for its relaxing effect. If you use this frequently then you will realise that it actually freshens you up. Grate the cucumber and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then spread it evenly on your eyes and keep it for 30 minutes. Now, wash it off with cold water.
