Now who doesn't want youthful skin and look much younger than their actual age? We all do right but the question is how? For starters, the food you eat is the skin you have. You have to eat all vegetables, have plenty of water, quit smoking if you do, ditch alcohol and workout. But besides that there is a beauty regime one needs to follow. And that does not mean lapping up all those creams etc, it can also include all the face packs that you make using herbs in your kitchen which are full of antioxidants and nourishing for the ksin. You don't have to spend all that money on expensive products but utilise what your garden is and can give you and use them properly.
