How To Colour Your Hair Black Using Alum Or Fitkari

Alum is found in many minerals and can be bought from shops easily as it is used for several purposes. It makes for an amazing hair colouring agent and is very cheap as well. Here are some ways you can use alum in your day-to-day activities!

Alum As Hair Colour

To colour your hair black, make alum powder by grinding and then in a bowl, add some rose water in it and mix well with the powder to make a paste. Apply this paste on your hair and let it stay until it dries up. Now, wash it with warm water. Do this regularly, every alternate day for 15 days, and your hair might turn visibly black.

• 4 gms Alum Powder
• 500 ml Water

Method

• Mix the Alum powder in water and then apply it to your scalp.
• Let it be for half an hour and then rinse it off with an organic shampoo.
