The Lucknow Team will be known as UP Warriors in the Women's Premier League 2023. This talented women’s team will be led by Captain Alyssa Healy. The first match of the Women's Premier League IPL started on March 4, 2023, and will end on March 26, 2023.

The Lucknow Team will be known as UP Warriors in the Women's Premier League 2023. They spent ₹12 crores to buy 16 strong players. The first match of the Women's Premier League IPL started on March 4, 2023, and will end on March 26, 2023. A total of 22 matches will be played at the Barbourne Stadium and DY Patil Stadium.

Capri Global Holdings Pvt. Ltd. is the owner of UP Warriorz, based in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. They made a ₹757 crore investment in the franchise during the January team's auction. The company is an investment holding company with its headquarters in India. It has subsidiaries that work in a number of industries, including manufacturing, real estate, and finance. They bought a number of players in an effort to win the contest, including top players like Deepti Sharma, Tahlia McGrath and Sophie Ecclestone.

The team is coached by Jon Lewis and captained by Alyssa Healy (Australian wicketkeeper-batter).

The 32-year-old cricketer plays for the Australian women's national team as a wicketkeeper-batter. For the T20 Tour of India, she served as captain of the Australian squad. And they won the series by 4-1. In February 2023, she was also a part of the ICC T20 World Cup and won the match by defeating South Africa in the championship match.

Deepti Sharma

The 25-year-old Indian cricketer is an all-rounder who bats left-handed and bowls right-arm off the break. According to the ICC Cricket Rankings, she is presently ranked fourth among the best all-rounders. She also holds the record for 100 wickets in the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2023.

Sophie Ecclestone

The 23-year-old is a cricketer who plays for the English cricket team. She rose to the top spot among bowlers in ODIs and T20Is at the age of 20. She was named the Emerging Player of the Year by the International Cricket Council (ICC) in December 2018.
