Back in the golden days of her career, Kareena Kapoor has rocked the big screen with her presence. With successful movies like Jab We Met, Kabhie Khushi Kabhie Gham and Chup Chup Ke, Bebo proved herself as an A-list actress. The actress might not have been a part of big controversies, but her name often surfaced in the news because of her tiffs with other actors. Here are some of the most iconic fights of Bebo, which involved her industry peers.

Deepika Padukone is probably the most sought after actress of tinseltown. DP has also worked together with Bebo’s husband, Saif Ali Khan in movies like Cocktail and Race 2. It is said that Kareena Kapoor was first approached for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Ram-Leela’. The actress backed out because of the intimate scene in the movie. The role of the leading actress was later passed to Deepika Padukone, after which the movie became an instant hit.

On Season 4 of Koffee With Karan, when Johar asked her what alternate profession Kareena should take up, Deepika instantly said charity, hinting at Bebo’s generosity of passing roles for the benefit of other actors.

Kareena Kapoor And Ameesha Patel

After Bebo walked out of her debut movie ‘Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai’, the role was offered to Ameesha Patel. Since then, the two share a cold bond which is quite visible to the public.

In an interview given to the Filmfare magazine, Bebo said that while Rakesh Roshan had spent five hours on his son Hrithik Roshan, not even five seconds were spent on Ameesha. She further added that one could see Ameesha’s pimples and under bags on her face.

Bebo was also quoted as saying, “The film is a huge success so I would have definitely become a star had I acted in it. But I don't know if I want to be labeled as just a star. If I was in the film, I would have definitely got a better deal but I still feel that the attention would have got divided between us. So I'm glad I didn't do the movie."

Though the ladies worked together in quite a few movies, the two never seemed to hit it off. Be it professional or personal, some kind of tension always brewed between them.

On an episode of Koffee With Karan, Bebo asked where did Priyanka Chopra get her accent from. PC wittily replied to this question by saying, the same place that Kareena’s (then) boyfriend (Saif Ali Khan) got it from.
